Sand, Sun, and Water, the best three words other than ‘I Love U’!! If you live in a colder area, you definitely needed to get your sanity back with a dose of the sun, be it in your own backyard or better still on the beach.
The sun’s heat and energy is so essential to the human body and especially mental health and well-being. Apart from generating the production of Vitamin D, it also supports healthy bone function, keeps your immune system strong against any disease, and is the best medicine for blood pressure.
