How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

 

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are mainly free, but in certain cases where the weight of the item may cause surcharge at custom gateway, the shipping cost may be calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Remember, depending on the product type, custom fees might be applicable and this must be borne by customers. Different shipping companies have different rates. With the offer of free shipping on all products, the product will be sent via the most affordable and economical delivery availabilities.

 

Where do the products come from?

All products on this website are directly from suppliers/manufacturers in China and shipped from their warehouses located in their main country, as well as in United States, and other countries within the European Union. 

 

What is the delivery timeline?

It depends on the particular product stock at the warehouse nearest to your location. If it is available in your country’s warehouse, the shipping will be pretty quick. But if there’s no stock, the product will be shipped directly from China. In this case, it will take around 10-30 days to arrive at your destination. If you live near China, that’s well and good, you will get your product early! But for those far away lands, the only route that the products can be despatched is either by air/ship, hence the delay, plus don’t forget another cause for the delay – custom clearance! Please be aware of this while ordering, as your product might incur custom fees which you are responsible for paying.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
